Discount Details:

A discount is applicable as mentioned in the promotions and is subject to be cancelled at any time.
The discount applies to full-time enrolments only.
Different promotions are for different age groups. Please contact Centre Director to confirm.
The verdict of Centre Director will be final.
Subject to availability of spaces.

Enrolment Requirements:

A minimum enrolment period of 6 months is required to qualify for the discount.
All necessary enrolment forms and documentation must be completed and submitted.

Payment Terms:

The discount will be applied to the weekly fee and reflected in the invoice.
Payments must be made in accordance with the daycare centre’s standard payment terms.
Failure in a week in advance payment will lead to discontinuation of any discounts applied.

Cancellation Policy:

If enrolment is cancelled before the minimum period, the discount will be voided, and standard fees will apply retroactively. A two-week notice of cancellation must be provided in writing. The daycare centre’s standard cancellation policy also applies.

General Conditions:

The promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
The discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The daycare centre reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Legal Compliance:

The promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in New Zealand.
Any disputes arising from this promotion will be governed by the laws of New Zealand.
